1. Who we are
FireMyAgency.ai ("we", "us", "our") is a free Google Ads agency audit tool. We help business owners understand how actively their Google Ads accounts are being managed.

2. What data we collect
Information you provide directly:
- Waitlist sign-up: Your email address
- Audit request form: Name, email, company name, monthly ad spend range, Google Ads account ID (optional), agency status (optional), and any concerns you share
Information from Google Ads (when connected):
- Change history data (what changes were made, when, and by whom)
- Account-level metadata (spend levels, account structure)
- We use read-only access — we cannot modify campaigns, bids, budgets, or any other account settings
CSV uploads:
- When you upload a Change History CSV, the file is processed entirely in your browser
- The CSV data is never transmitted to our servers
- No copy of your CSV is stored anywhere
Automatically collected:
- Browser language/locale (used to display the correct currency)
- We do not currently use cookies or third-party analytics trackers
3. How we use your data
- To generate your Agency Activity Report
- To process your audit request and deliver your report
- To notify you when new features launch (if you joined the waitlist)
- To improve our audit methodology and benchmarks (using aggregated, anonymised data only)
4. Data storage
Waitlist sign-ups and audit requests are currently stored in your browser's local storage. As we develop our backend infrastructure, this data will be stored securely on encrypted servers. We will update this policy when that transition occurs.
Google Ads data accessed through OAuth is processed in real-time to generate your report and is not stored permanently on our servers.
5. Third-party sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
We may use the following third-party services:
- Vercel: Website hosting
- Google OAuth: For secure, read-only access to your Google Ads account
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data from our systems
- Withdraw consent for email communications at any time
- Revoke Google Ads access at any time through your Google account settings

7. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption on all pages
- Read-only Google Ads access (minimum necessary permissions)
- Client-side CSV processing (your data never leaves your browser)
- No storage of Google Ads credentials — authentication is handled entirely by Google OAuth
8. Children's privacy
FireMyAgency.ai is a business tool and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For significant changes, we'll notify waitlist members by email.
